German doria: Orie style

I have no idea why this dish called 'German'... Maybe its because of the sausage. One of my yummy dish ^^. You make chiken rice (That's we called it this kind of rice) It's a tried rice with chiken and ketchup. Really popular kids' dish ^^. Then, you make wite sauce. Cover chiken rice with white sauce, and put sausage, broccoli and cheese. (as much as you like!) I recommend to use white cheese.. humm.. like cheese that you use to make pizza. ^^

Then put it into the oven for about 15 minutes until cheese and sausage get bit crispy. easy! I had this with vegitable soupe and green salad with sesami dressing.

Teriyaki pork. (Teriyaki sauce: 1 table spoon of sugar, 2 table spoon of soy sauce. 1 tea spoon of sake.) stir-fry pork for about 5 minutes, then put teriyaki sauce. ^^

Easy cooking

Pork fritter and steamed pink salmon with vegetables. And one of my favorite rice dish; green pea rice.

All these dishes are so easy to make.
Season pork with soy sauce and sake beforehand. Then dip into deep fry batter and fry them about 5 to 7 minutes. That's all. ^^

Steamed pink salmon with vegetables is soooo easy. This is rapid-fire food. You season salmon with salt and pepper beforehand. You cut the vegetables. Any kinds of vegetables go with this dish. You can put onion, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.... you can put anything you can find in your refrigerator. Slice a little thicker when you slice the vegetables. For my way, I lay sliced onions at the bottom of pan. Then, put salmons on top of the onions, then other vegetables on top of the salmon. Then you put about 20~30g of butter, and cook on the stove for about 10~15 minutes. ^^

For the rice. you cook rice as you usually do. Just put green pea after you wash the rice. Easy right?? If you cook all together, you can cook all this with in 40 minutes. ^^

Here are some of the pictures of dinner. ^^

pear with red cheddar cheese

Pear with Red cheddar cheese is really good for dessert. I had this when I was in high school in Colorado, USA. At first I could not bileaved this combinations of cheese and pear. But turn out it was really good. I found red cheddar cheese and pear at the new super market, so I wanted to taste the memorial flavore again. and it was still good, and that taste brought memories back to my heart. ^^

Japanese chicken fried with herb sauce

This is one of my favorate dish. Japanese soy sauce flavored fried chiken with herb sauce. Sause made of ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil with finely-chopped raw cibol. It is really good. If you like spicy chiken, you can make spicy chiken.

And I had Chanpon with it. Chanpon is really easy to make. You can put any kinds of vegitables, and fry hem up and add them with noodle and soup.

Cook using carrots

I still have alot of carrot here... I am eating carrot almost everday, every meal... I was going to make some carrot cake, but I lost my special recipe... humm.. I was really sad....
