Have you ever tried real South Indian dish?Here they are. I wnet to ... not the cooking class, but we had meeting. And this man (I do not even know his name,, and he would not tell us his name...) love to travel south India. while he travels, he learn how to cook original
dish in South India... And he show us how to cook... and gather up and eat... He wasn't a good teacher, because he never really explain what is what and which is which. And he used many many spices... 
The spices that we never use in Japanese food. and it was heard to remember all. but it was fun. and it was GOOOOOD. I am thinking to cook next weekend. ^^
