Hello Kattebelletje!! Nice to hear from you. I used minced pork and chinese cabege, sesami oil... nothing special... haha. I made it for my dinner and it was relly nice. Its almost Chinese New year! They eat boiled one at the New year. ^^

I will definitely have 水餃 for the Chinese new year on Thursday!
It is much safer to make yourself instead of buying it frozen...

YES.. do you know what is happening in Japan right now about 餃子?? Frozen 餃子from China were poisoned, and many people were seriousely got sick by eating it.(We really dont know why the 餃子was poisoned. Where and what point... they are investigating from both side, China and Japan) Japanese food compnay has their cooperative industry in China, and that 餃子was made in china. wooo. sceary.
