I have been lazy (?!) so I will update my cooking pictures and topic today all at once. I need to catch up, because I been busy with work and I was away last week. Today, I went my in-law-mother’s family home. This afternoon, I didn’t have any plan, so I clean up my house and room. (Because I was away last week! The house was all mess…) I am sitting here with nice hot green tea, and updating my blog. ^^. Well, here I go…

←Tomato sauce spaghetti with chili sausage.

Pollack ovum and long green onion fried rice (can you see the little tiny fish eggs??) →

←This dish called Nabe. Nabe dishes or hot pot dishes are prepared in a hot pot at the table. Ingredients are vegetables such as negi (Japanese leek) and hakusai (Chinese cabbage), various mushrooms, seafood and/or meat. There are many regional and personal varieties, and they are especially popular in the cold winter months. (quote from Japanguide.com)

Deep fried Cauliflower Pork+ Miso soup + vinegared octopus dish. Fresh octopus from fish mket at super arket. →

I wanted to upload more picture of each dishe, but no space.. ^^ I might will someday. but enjoy for now.
