Takoyaki たこ焼き

Takoyaki たこ焼き (literally fried or baked octopus) is a popular Japanese dumping made of batter, diced octopus, tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger, konnyaku, and green onion, topped with okonomiyaki sauce, green laver (aonori), mayonnaise, and katsuobushi (fish shavings), originated in Osaka. But Takoyaki si also easily made at home. It is easy to buy special frying pan made of cast iron at supermarket ^^ I also have one.

But this Takoyaki was from store near my house. They had really goooood Takoyaki. We eat Takoyaki as a snack food. When we are bit hungry, or want to eat something late at night. But also you can make it as dinner dish. Not only itself, but it is really fun to make it with you family and your friends. Originally, you put octopus, but you can put anything you want to. You can put Kimuchi^^, corn, cheese, your vatorate vegetables.... and it is really fun to make your original thing.... ^^
