I have no idea why this dish called 'German'... Maybe its because of the sausage. One of my yummy dish ^^. You make chiken rice (That's we called it this kind of rice) It's a tried rice with chiken and ketchup. Really popular kids' dish ^^. Then, you make wite sauce.
Cover chiken rice with white sauce, and put sausage, broccoli and cheese. (as much as you like!) I recommend to use white cheese.. humm.. like cheese that you use to make pizza. ^^
Then put it into the oven for about 15 minutes until cheese and sausage get bit crispy. easy! I had this with vegitable soupe and green salad with sesami dressing.
